Join us this summer for Endeavor’s exclusive Executive Education Programs!
Combining content designed in partnership with Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business, a highly curated class of global entrepreneurs just like yourself, and thoughtful social activities, these 5-day programs are a staple of the Endeavor experience.
Every summer, over 100 Endeavor Entrepreneurs come together to attend these customized and exclusive programs, allowing them to step away from the day-to-day of running a company in order to further develop their management, innovation, and leadership skills at some of the world’s best business schools.
We work with our partners to leverage each university’s unique strength, and each program is designed to address a different challenge — in fact, many EEs have attended multiple programs over the years.

Harvard:
Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures
This program, held at Harvard Business school’s campus in Boston, Massachusetts, has been designed to help Endeavor Entrepreneurs successfully build larger and more successful businesses. Faculty Members William R. Kerr and Lynda Applegate will lead classes that center around strategy, sales & marketing, leadership, and finance. The course follows a mix of case studies, interactive lectures, participant presentations, and learning groups to promote growth strategies, leadership skills, and customer acquisition approaches. After the program, Endeavor Entrepreneurs were able to achieve an array of accomplishments such as business pivots, high influx of customers, and new product development strategies.
Executive Education Programs for Key Staff
This year, we are also launching a special program for Key Staff of Endeavor Companies! This program will run in parallel with the EEs program at Harvard Business School, and it is designed specifically for Executives and Operators of fast-growing companies. Key Staff will have the unique opportunity to be part of a class of true peers to create great connections with each other and foster their network as well as learn more about the Endeavor Entrepreneurs in selected and curated social activities.

Stanford:
Innovation & Growth
This program draws from Stanford GSB’s faculty and network to help Endeavor Entrepreneurs drive innovation and build leading companies in a competitive global marketplace. The curriculum includes sessions in design thinking, partnership strategies, entering new markets, and leading innovation. Led by faculty member George Foster, Endeavor Entrepreneurs will learn how to develop more effective relationships with partners and customers and be exposed to the best practices of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and more. The content of a 6-month long program is offered to you exclusively in just a week of learning to fit in with your busy schedules. After attending this program, our entrepreneurs have been able to form new partnerships, cultivate design strategies, and create more efficient functions around the office.
